Ladies don't do any of these before the deed...

Don’t drink too much:
Now, the thing is that drinking a little can actually get many people in the mood but when you overdo it, research shows that it will dull your senses – your sense of touching and feeling thereby reducing your ability to get pleasure from the act because alcohol is an anti-depressant.

Don’t eat extremely spicy foods:
Strictly for the ladies. Eating a meal or snacks that are very spicy like suya or shawarma right before the act a no-no! These type of foods can affect the smell and taste down there. (How embarrassing to have that right before the deed!) Also, these foods can leave a residue on your hands and in your mouth even after rinsing that can cause some heat on parts of your body that are non-acceptable.

Don’t use sugary food during foreplay or use it at your own risk:
Truth is that using food to instigate intimacy is very hot but the infections that it can cause you down there are not so hot. In fact, using anything sugary as a lubricant can cause yeast infections for ladies because yeast thrives on sugar so be careful when you’re playing with chocolates and ice cream in the bedroom.

Don’t Shave:
If you’re a woman who to shave down there instead of waxing, it’s best to shave the night or even days before to give your skin a chance to heal from the experience because shaving makes the area more sensitive. Shaving can also cause tiny cuts and leave your skin open to any STDs or infections.

Don’t worry about how you look:
Stop worrying about little things such as the extra fat on your body or the thigh gap that is not wide enough Feeling self-conscious about your body can really hurt your intimate life making it harder to initiate intimacy or enjoy it. If you’re worried about how you look, your thoughts will make it more difficult to get satisfaction. Stop worrying and just enjoy.

Don’t eat too much:
This is so easy. Just like always, when you eat heavy foods you tend to be sluggish and slow. Instead eat vegetables or a light meal and drink lots of water.

Don’t be anxious
Too much stress or anxiety can only be disastrous for your intimate life. It can automatically reduce your ability to ‘perform’ and connect with your partner even before the deed. If you are too stressed, try calming down for a few minutes or ask your partner to give you a massage. Also, taking fruits and vegetables also helps.
