4 Unforgettable Moments At Love Like A Movie 3

The 3rd edition of Darey‘s Musical movie concert, love like a movie was held last night at Eko Hotel with beautiful sights, an interesting blend of music, comedy, specialty dancing, and a plethora of performances.The show contained feature performances from a galaxy of stars which made the much hyped concert lived up to its anticipation.

1. The first was the main attraction, music, and Darey supplied that immensely as he performed songs off his 2015 album “Naked”. His performances, like all others was steeped in art and backed by dancing as he performed notable singles ‘Inside of You’, ‘Asiko Laiye’, Delilah (Taxi Driver), ‘You’re beautiful, and many others. He also covered John Legend’s ‘All of you’, and Bob Marley’s classics ‘One love’, and ‘Is this love’. He threw in the grand piano for ‘Lie to you’, and wrapped up in spectacular fashion, with a crfown adorning his head, a gold cape, and a scepter while performing ‘Champion’.
2. The second unforgettable performance was from the International headlining star, Ciara when she danced to some of Nigeria’s hit songs.
Ciara called out dance queen, Kaffy who led her in dancing to Olamide‘s Shakitibobo, Iyanya‘s Kukere andTekno‘s Duro.



3. Vector gave an amazing delivery of his freestyle tribute with a cover of Wiz Khalifa‘s award-winning hit song ‘See you again’.
It was an emotional moment at LLAM3 as rapper,Vector stepped out to pay tribute to late entertainers who died in action.
With support from Sammy, Vector celebrated the likes of Art Alade, Fatai Rolling Dollar, Christine Essien-Igbokwe, Sam Loco Efe, Dagrin, Goldie and Fela but goofed when he mistook late Nollywood actor, Pete Eneh for Pete Edochie who is ‘not dead’.
Nevertheless, it was an amazing delivery from the talented rapper who freestyled his tribute.


4. The fourth unforgettable moment was the naija old skool performances.
Darey’s Love Like A Movie 3 entered a new mode as veteran acts took to the stage back to back to thrill the guests to songs that rocked the country over a decade ago.
Blackky opened the session with a performance of his 90s hit, ‘Rosie’ followed by Shifi and Zeal of Styl Plus who turned up without the third member of the group,Tunde.
Styl Plus performed ‘Olufunmi’ and ‘Imagine That’ to the excitement of all present. The oldskool session was further lightened by Jazzman who thrilled the crowd with his debut solo single, ‘Raise the roof’.
Acclaimed first female rapper, Weird MC closed the session with her usual energetic performance as she brought down the building with ‘Ijoya’.
